What detail should my design brief include?
You should include your brand guideline, preferred colours, reference design, text copy, dimension, usage and format you required. Be as clear as possible on your description so that we can understand and design better to meet your communication objectives.
Do I get the full copyrights to the design?
Yes! Once the design is complete, you own the full copyrights to the video. We will also send you the source file.
Is there a contract to sign?
No. We don’t have any contracts for you to sign. Our design services are delivered month to month for a flat monthly fee.
How do I stop your service?

Communicate. Let’s talk about the job scope and an account manager will be in touch with you to understand the brief and recommend you the best plan and quote we can provide. It will be a 30mins call or we can liaise over WhatsApp.
First payment. Our finance will proceed to invoice once the contract is signed. Designer will start work and you can review the work as agreed. It will be the same as the subsequent month.
Repeat. We will repeat the process every 3 months, as long as you see fit and adjust if there are any changes along the way.
